Branch Manager (Recruitment) - Education

Award-winning education recruiter based in Cheshire area seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team of successful recruiters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency recruitment and management experience in education, healthcare, social care, or industrial agency recruitment.

As a billing Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 5 Recruitment Consultants and have the full support and guidance of senior management. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment.

The successful candidate will be based in the office near Nantwich, Cheshire and will work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 4.30pm with reduced hours during the school holidays. You will also be able to work 1 day from home bi-weekly. You must be a driver with your own car as visiting schools and vetting candidates thoroughly is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop business alongside the team and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results.
  • Conduct regular sales and operations meetings, 121s, and team briefs.
  • Recognise employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment.
  • Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity.
  • Run your own successful desk covering Staffordshire or West Midlands.
  • Ensure all staff receive the best possible development with the support of the internal L&D team.
  • Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance and industry standards are upheld and met.
