We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager/Senior Manager to join our team at Auxo Commercial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of successful Recruitment Consultants and driving business growth in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Recruitment Consultants and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the education sector
- Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives
