About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our care teams to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. You'll be responsible for assisting with daily care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
