Care Professional

HC-One is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Care Assistant to join its Flexible Workforce Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a variety of Care Home settings within your local area.
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and meeting their social needs. Your duties will include assisting residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals, as well as helping those with limited mobility.
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Senior Carer, you will take ownership of the well-being of residents on and off site. Your role will be varied, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
