About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Second Chef to join our Hospitality team at Runwood Homes. As a Second Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality food and hospitality services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all stages of food preparation are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain effective stock rotation.
- Deputise for the Head Chef as required.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a catering environment.
- NVQ 2 or City & Guilds equivalent.
- Food Hygiene level 2.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
