Contract Administrator Role Overview

The Sureserve Group, a leading provider of compliance and energy services in the UK, seeks an experienced Contract Administrator to join its team. This role is based in Gorton and offers a unique opportunity for individuals to develop their skills in administration, customer service, and IT literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Frontline Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and appointments.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
  • IT Proficiency: Possess strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Gas Administration Experience: Although not essential, experience in domestic gas administration or similar fields is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and experience are preferred but not required.
