Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Administrator to support our procurement operations at Jewish Care.
This role will involve managing procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
The successful candidate will provide full administrative support to the Operations Business Manager, assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules, and maintain positive relationships.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
