About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Impact and Partnerships Manager at The Global Returns Project. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including institutional partners and individual donors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Building
  • Support the development and implementation of our partnership-building strategy, expanding our reach to new audiences and strengthening existing relationships with UK financial intermediaries.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with institutional partners and individual donors, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure funding and support.
Charity Research and Impact Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth research on climate charities, assessing their impact and potential for partnership with The Global Returns Project.
  • Develop and maintain our charity selection methodology, ensuring that our recommended charities align with our mission and values.
  • Produce high-quality impact reports on our recommended charities, highlighting their achievements and areas for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Manage our company databases, tracking and reporting on donor information and team progress in fundraising, sales, and marketing.
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize our fundraising and sales strategies.
Requirements
  1. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  2. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  3. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM Systems
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Academic Experience in Geography, Earth Sciences, Sustainability, or Related Fields
  2. Understanding of the Financial Services Industry
  3. Customer Relations Management (CRM) Experience
