Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Spectrum Storage Group as a Marketing Manager.

The Role

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering against our marketing strategy, planning and executing campaigns to budget, and overseeing all marketing and advertising initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve targeted growth across all products and services.
  • Manage campaign delivery across a broad mixture of channels, including online and offline platforms.
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH STUDENT ACCOMMODATION PROVIDERS AND UNIVERSITIES TO GENERATE WIDESPREAD ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES.
  • Ensure the LOVESPACE and Storebox brand messages are strong and consistent across all channels and assets.
  • MANAGE THE MARKETING BUDGET EFFECTIVELY TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF KEY KPIs.
  • Supervise the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, blogs, posters, and leaflets.
  • PROVIDE WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTING ON ALL ASPECTS OF MARKETING PERFORMANCE.
  • Manage a marketing executive and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Creative – able to contribute new ideas for campaigns, develop copy and suggest improvements to the visual identity of our website and marketing materials.
  • Comfortable with understanding, analysing and reporting on performance across all channels.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a marketing role, preferably in the self-storage industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

£60,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience.
