Job Title: Project Manager - Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Talent Solution TAPFIN is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring compliance with project governance, methods, and change management frameworks.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, objectives, dependencies, costs, assumptions, acceptance criteria, issues, and risks.
  • Provide a single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring project outcomes are achieved.
  • Ensure the integration of all business functions to enable operational readiness in the delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and implement project governance structures, including project steering committees, working groups, escalation, and decision pathways.
  • Manage resource forecasting and planning, including resource allocation, utilization, and phasing.
  • Implement project controls and reporting, including budget management, stage gate approvals, and benefit realization planning.
  • Control, manage, and report risks, issues, dependencies, and changes in scope.
Requirements:
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in change management or migration projects in securities, fund administration, or fund middle office.
  • University graduate in business administration, information technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of fund accounting, transfer agency, and middle office vendor products.
  • General awareness of business, regulatory, and technology change within investment management.
  • Good technical aptitude, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Excel macros.

  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills to work with stakeholders across business divisions and geographies.
  • Good communicator, with verbal and written English skills; Mandarin speaking is also preferable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
