Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team at HSBC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple work streams and resources to deliver Tax Change projects across various Product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and third parties to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze and document business requirements, and communicate effectively with the project team to ensure delivery progresses in line with agreed timescales.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead the management/delivery of change through establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Identify and secure appropriate resources to work on the project, and define clear roles and responsibilities for all team members.
  • Risk Management: Continuously evaluate programmes/projects for financial and people risk and regulatory compliance, and take appropriate steps to mitigate.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Significant demonstrable Project Management experience, with particular evidence of successful delivery and of being able to manage multiple work streams/projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Investment Accounting and Fund Administration, as well as experience in business and process analysis and re-engineering.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication methods for the audience, environment, and setting.
