Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Manager to join our team at Darwin Escapes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with our Front of House team to ensure seamless operations and provide a world-class experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of our resort's bar and restaurant areas, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and presentation of our resort, ensuring a high standard of quality.
  • Work closely with our Front of House team to motivate and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with stock rotation and ordering, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Take and serve food and drink orders, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collect glasses and tableware, maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
