About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/HRBP to join our team at Pilgrims Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing a proactive, strategic, effective, and professional HR service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion group policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and effective implementation.
  • Support the delivery of the site people plan, including PDR, 360 feedback, 9 Box grid, and engagement surveys.
  • Provide first-class advice on complex employee relations matters, utilizing a strong coaching style to build and maintain strong relationships and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Ensure statutory legislation compliance and provide guidance on attendance.
  • Contribute to BRC, Customer, ethical, and Pillar book audits to ensure people elements are compliant.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities aligned with our DE&I and wellbeing roadmap.
  • Build Community and Early career plans, working with external stakeholders to make our site an employer of choice.
  • Advise on succession planning, skills, and knowledge gaps to support proactive and reactive recruitment efforts.
  • Lead onboarding efforts for new hires.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification and experience working in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience using Resource Link, Open Options, Networx, SAP (training can be provided).
  • A valid driving license for travel to HR meetings, conferences, events, training, and audits.
