Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our food manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of engineers to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
  2. Develop and implement engineering plans and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  2. Proven experience in leading and motivating teams.
  3. Working knowledge of British Standards for Engineering Plant, Equipment, and Practices.
  4. Experience in industrial mechanical plant and complex manufacturing.
  5. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  6. NEBOSH certification (advantageous).
  7. Full Right to Work in the UK.
