About the Role:
As a newly created Group Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting large-scale improvement projects for an independent manufacturing business with multiple sites across the UK, employing over 300 people.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the maintenance strategy, including capital expenditure and engineering projects.
• Report to the Operations Director and collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects.
• Analyze data to inform maintenance decisions and optimize resource allocation.
