The Role:

This Teaching Assistant - SEN Role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a member of our team, you will work closely with experienced teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide a holistic and inclusive learning environment for students with SEN.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Working with students one-to-one and in small groups to develop their skills and confidence
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
  • Communicating regularly with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about student progress
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong educational background or relevant experience
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the diverse needs of students
  • A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives
