- Employ strong positive behaviour management strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to develop and implement individualised education plans that cater to the student's unique needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals involved in the student's care.
- Be adaptable and flexible in your approach, responding to the changing needs of the student and the classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience working with children with special educational needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, access to training and support, and a supportive work environment.
