Teaching Personnel is a leading education recruitment agency working with schools across the UK to provide high-quality support staff.

The company is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to complete their TA apprenticeship scheme in Mid Cornwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification while working in a dynamic classroom environment.

The role will involve providing general classroom or 1:1 support, working across the school and helping children undertake intervention programmes. You'll have the opportunity to gain knowledge within a classroom setting and develop your skills in a supportive and challenging environment.

Estimated salary: £16,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience). All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

  • You'll work as part of a dedicated team to support children's learning
