High-Level Intervention Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at a primary academy in Dewsbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading small group interventions for KS2 pupils across core subject areas and providing 1:1 phonics interventions for KS1 pupils using the Read Write Inc. scheme.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with KS1 and KS2 pupils in a primary school setting and possess strong knowledge of phonics and the Read Write Inc. scheme. They will also have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teachers and support staff.
This is a full-time, long-term role that offers a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role also provides access to ongoing professional development and training opportunities, as well as a welcoming and supportive school community.
