Business Development and Growth Specialist

- Achieve growth and new business growth (sales) targets by successfully managing assigned inbound leads.
- Manage deals in CRM to ensure active flow and eliminate bottlenecks and wastages.
- Develop a solid understanding of the client's environment, business goals, and best practices and coordinate with the Performance Division to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes.
- Assistance in Growth Division management, including training and development, team management and onboarding, and reporting.
- Passion for digital marketing and marketing strategy.
- Experience with growth (sales) automation software.
- Solid communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
