Job Description: We are seeking a Luxury Tea and Coffee Supervisor to join our team at our Oxford High Street store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting your store management with day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support store management with day-to-day operations, including cleaning, unpacking deliveries, and stock management.
* Provide exceptional customer service and create an unparalleled atmosphere in our store.
* Operate the till and provide front-facing customer service.
* Perform daily tasks, including depositing money at the bank and following store opening and closing procedures.
* Provide on-the-spot feedback to colleagues on behaviors and performance.

**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a supervisory role with experience of being a key holder with open/close responsibilities.
* Experience in front-facing customer roles with the confidence to engage in conversation.
* Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
