Senior Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-end residential properties in prime London locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a block residential portfolio in accordance with RICS Codes of Practice and ARMA rules.
  • Assist the Head of Property Management in providing a full professional property management service for a portfolio of freehold/leasehold developments.
  • Manage relationships with key prime London clients and assist in achieving company targets of first-class service delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and regular inspections of properties to ensure maintenance and upkeep.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure works are completed and value for money is achieved.
  • Deal with leaseholder enquiries and handle correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Attend residents' AGMs and directors' meetings, and raise fees where applicable.
  • Draft and issue Section 20s for major works.
  • Write to lessees/tenants/letting agents in relation to lease breaches.
  • Draft service charge budgets.
Requirements:
  • Proven property management experience within block management.
  • Experience at a senior level, including managing high-value clients and assisting with developing junior staff members.
  • Customer-focused, driven, and proven high-end client engagement skills.
  • Experience of working with prime location buildings.
  • IRPM qualification (subscriptions funded).
  • Professional, forward-thinking, and keen to develop further.
