  • Shared Ownership Leases: Managing shared ownership lease agreements, resolving queries.
  • Variation of Leases: Assisting with lease variations, maintaining accurate records.
  • New Build Purchases: Coordinating new build purchase transactions, meeting deadlines.
  • Help to Buy: Supporting Help to Buy applicants, ensuring compliance.
