Job Title: Administrative Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to provide high-quality administrative and project-related support to our CEO, Board, and Senior Management Team.

About the Role:
  • Provide full executive support to the CEO, Board, and SMT, including organizational change, diary management, and logistical matters.
  • Support the development of key business processes and projects to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update relevant sections of the organisation's website.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Executive Support: Provide proactive and intuitive support to the CEO, Board, and SMT to enable them to operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Project Support: Support the development of key business processes and projects to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate-level education, a Project Management Qualification, and previous experience working in a similar role within primary care. The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
