A leading experiential business is seeking a Customer Services Manager to join their commercial function.

This is a maternity cover role that will be based in a commercial function and will likely last for a period of up to 12 months.

The role will lead a small team and manage a varying team of temporaries and seasonal staff.

The purpose is to maintain, develop and preserve a prestigious service area and membership base for the business's group of customers.

Duties will include managing a budget, managing workforce planning and temporary staff sourcing requirements, maintaining and delivering exceptional customer service (personally and through the team), managing events, organizing membership, tickets and bookings, and providing regular reports to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in hospitality, leisure, sports or experience-based businesses in roles that have managed teams and taken overall responsibility for service levels and experience.

You should be able to commit to a fixed-term contract and have strong communication skills, developed leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with important customers and senior internal stakeholders.
