COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Guest Experience Director to join their 5-star hotel team in Surrey. The successful candidate will oversee and manage Guest Services and Guest Relations to ensure exceptional, guest-centric service and lead the team to deliver the best possible experience within a 5-star hotel.
About the Position
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to all customer and guest queries
- Build strong relationships with guests
- Work closely with the Director of Rooms
- Train and develop the Guest Experience Team
- Ensure that guests and VIPs receive a bespoke service
- Oversee the feedback and respond accordingly
- Maximise room revenue
