Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to deliver seamless and enjoyable experiences for guests.
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer guest queries confidently.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
