Children's Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and qualified social worker to support disabled children and their families in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with parents, carers, and siblings.
- Carry out assessments and risk assessments for complex safeguarding needs.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment and providing short breaks.
Key Requirements:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- At least one year of post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry.
- An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
