Job Summary:
- Deliver exceptional learning experiences and planned activities for a designated group of children.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children in our care.
- Maintain open communication with parents, ensuring their involvement in their child's progress and outcomes.
- Assess and report on children's progress, identifying areas for further development and support.
- Embark on ongoing professional learning and development, staying up-to-date with best practices in childcare and education.
Requirements:
- A Full and Relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification is essential for this role.
- Previous experience in a similar position or a related field is highly desirable.
- An ability to work flexible shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a total of 40 hours per week.
- Possession of NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, or EY Educator qualification.
