We are seeking a Childcare Program Coordinator to join our team at Caring Kindergartens Ltd in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our nursery staff, you will be responsible for developing high-quality programs that meet the needs of our children and families.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To lead a team and act as a key worker for a group of children.
  • To develop high-quality interactions with children, to build on and extend their thinking and learning.
  • To plan, prepare, and deliver a wide range of play experiences that promote children's physical, intellectual, and emotional development.

The ideal candidate will have a suitable Level 3 childcare qualification, a good understanding of the EYFS framework, and excellent communication skills with both adults and children. They will also need to be able to manage a group of key children and provide a positive model of behaviour.

Estimated Salary: £27,448 - £28,995 annually
