Job Title: Customer Management Senior Associate

As a Senior Customer Service Advisor within our Video team, you will work with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve complex customer needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer relationships and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues related to bank products and services.
  • Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in customer care processes.
  • Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Provide specialist advice and support pertaining to own work area.
  • Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the bank.
  • Knowledge of customer care processes and procedures.
