  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying and mitigating potential risks to our organization.
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures to ensure our compliance practices remain best-in-class.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees on risk management and compliance, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop business development and sales plans, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to new agents, ensuring they integrate smoothly into our team.
  • Audit and update compliance materials regularly, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
  • Implement and maintain a consistent visitation and supervision program, driving consistency and quality across our network.
  • Prior experience in a similar compliance role is essential for this position.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
