We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team at Tangram as a National Compliance Director. This role will oversee the management of national compliance functions across our large network, providing critical support to Business Owners, Managers, and Salespeople.

  • As a supervising agent, you will ensure that all Business Owners and Salespeople adhere to our strict compliance protocols.
  • You will lead the development and implementation of a supervision culture, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within our organization.
  • Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will design and deliver training workshops to equip our employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • You will be responsible for delivering additional coaching, mentoring, support, and training programs for new agents, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into our team.
  • Audit and update compliance materials regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Implement and maintain a consistent visitation and supervision program, driving consistency and quality across our network.
  • Support the creation of business development and sales plans for our network, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and success.
  • Prior experience in a similar compliance role is essential for this position.

Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
