About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electric Vehicle (EV) Powertrain Test Technician to join our team at Intertek. As an EV Powertrain Test Technician, you will be responsible for operating multiple test rigs outside of normal office hours, using defined test methods and scripts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and calibration of data acquisition systems
  • Debugging and commissioning of complex electronic systems with high speed serial interfaces (CAN/FLEXRAY etc)
  • Ensure that the data generated is valid and in line with customer requirements
  • Liaise with colleagues, customers and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Ensure all instrumentation used is calibrated in line with company procedures
  • Help to implement and follow safe systems of work
