About the Role:

Care Assistant needed for a Day and Night role at a reputable care home in Littlehampton. As part of a dedicated care team, you will provide person-centred care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met.

The care home offers a supportive and happy environment, with a team that is genuinely interested in the well-being of those they care for.

You will work a varied rota, including three nights per week, and alternate weekends, with enhanced pay for weekend and Bank Holiday work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist residents with daily activities and provide direct care.
  2. Support residents to participate in activities and respond to their needs.
  3. Facilitate communication within the team and with residents.
  4. Accompany residents on outings and maintain equipment.
  5. Follow care plans and complete recordings as required.
