- Experience of working with older people who display complex behaviours that challenge.
- Strong understanding of the English language (verbal and written).
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and work under pressure.
- Leadership skills to support and develop junior staff.
- Caring, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile.
We are passionate about working with older people who experience dementia and have a Degree/Diploma in a related field, RGN (Registered General Nurse), or RMN (Mental Health Nurse).
