Nurse Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our client's dynamic team within private healthcare on days and nights within one of their modern Nursing Homes located in the heart of St Neots.
Job Responsibilities- Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals
- Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
- Excellent clinical and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Clear DBS Check
- Hourly rate: Up to £21.00 p/h
