You will be part of our Corporate People Team, providing a first-class front-line HR Advisory service to the business and ensuring that our employee experience is second to none.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Advisor capacity, with CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience. Confidence in and experience of working within HR Information Systems, particularly Workday and/or Allocate Health roster, would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, buy and sell flexi-leave options, and private pension matching.

In this role, you will act as a first-line support for general HR queries, providing timely and accurate advice in line with Ramsay HR policy, legislation and guidance from subject matter experts. You will also work within our Workday and Rostering systems to ensure employee details are maintained and employees are paid correctly.
