Job Title: HR Assessor Trainer

Location: Home based with delivery online, and face-to-face visits as required – must be flexible with travel.

Salary: Up to £38,000 (dependent on level of delivery, skills and experience)

This role includes assessing, coaching, and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeship qualifications in Human Resources at Levels 3 and 5. You will also be responsible for managing your diary efficiently, delivering blended learning, and organising documentation on learners' progress.

You should have recent exposure or experience of delivering, assessing or coaching HR Apprenticeship Standards, hold a recognised Assessor award, and possess solid occupational experience within HR ideally at management level. A full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.

Duties:

  • Assess, coach, and support learners working towards HR Apprenticeship qualifications at Levels 3 and 5.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews.
  • Deliver blended learning with remote delivery and face-to-face visits when necessary.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Support and advise learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner needs.
