About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to drive culinary innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A NVQ level 2 Food Production certificate or equivalent.
  • An Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Proven experience in a busy, client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and across various shifts and service times.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing chefs/kitchen brigade.
  • A clear, strong, and effective leadership style.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
