About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to develop and execute strategies to drive conference and events sales revenue growth.

You will work closely with our hotel teams to understand their needs and develop targeted sales plans to meet and exceed targets.

Your success will be measured by your ability to increase sales revenue, improve market share, and maintain excellent relationships with clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute conference and events sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales campaigns and events
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the hospitality industry

Proven track record of achieving sales revenue growth and improving market share
