S RG is seeking skilled Needs Assessors to join our team in the UK. As a Needs Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting DSA needs assessment meetings and creating personalized Needs Assessment Reports for students in Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting structured meetings with individuals to identify suitable study and support strategies;
  • Evaluating the suitability of hardware, software, assistive technology, and other aids for individuals;
  • Producing formal written needs assessment reports;
  • Responding to post-assessment queries from customers or relevant funding bodies;
  • Conducting reviews of customers' needs as requested.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong report writing abilities and attention to detail;
  • Thorough understanding of the DSA funding guidance;
  • In-depth knowledge of various assistive technologies and their applications;
  • Adept at working to strict KPIs;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
