About the Role

The Royal Academy of Dance is seeking an experienced Student Wellbeing Advisor to join its Wellbeing team. This permanent contract involves working face-to-face and online with students, providing clinical assessment, drop-ins, and brief counselling sessions.

In this role, you will work closely with a team within the Wellbeing Service, which offers both counselling and disability support. You will be based on-site at RADA's office, working Thursdays and some early evenings to provide service cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide student-centred wellbeing support through various means, including face-to-face and online interactions.">
  • Conduct clinical assessments and deliver brief counselling sessions as needed.">
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support for students.">
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of wellbeing initiatives.">
