Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide exceptional support to our sales teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a cheerful attitude, and a passion for providing real-time support to help clients resolve sales-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact
As the first point of contact for clients and sales teams, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails, and providing excellent customer service.
Sales Lead Tracking and CoordinationYou will be responsible for tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, and providing sales tracking documentation to ensure the sales team is on track to meet their goals.
Sales Process ImprovementYou will identify bottlenecks in the sales process and come up with ideas for solutions to improve sales performance.
Customer Account ManagementYou will assist with managing customer accounts, monitoring sales performance, and recording sales data.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Sage 200 Accounting and ERP Software Solution
Experience with Sage 200 accounting and ERP software solution is highly desirable.
Excel SkillsYou should be experienced in working with Excel and able to prepare quotes and reports.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou should have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a cheerful attitude, and a passion for providing real-time support to help clients resolve sales-related issues.
