About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Fruition IT. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our UK infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of response to support issues communicated to the Helpdesk
  • Responsible for the daily administration, IT support, and maintenance of UK infrastructure
  • Liaise with the 3rd party 1st line team on complex ticket resolution
  • Perform routine backups, patch managements, hot fixes
  • Active in the provisioning of IT services throughout the organization both on premise and cloud offerings
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the 1st to 3rd Line of IT Support
  • Technical experience of a Microsoft stack (Windows, Azure, Intune, 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Experience working with Cisco/Aruba hardware (Switches/Routers/Access Points)
  • Experience within retail, industrial, commercial industries
  • CompTIA + // CCNA // Security qualifications
