Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Fruition IT. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of our UK infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide first, second, and third lines of response to support issues communicated to the helpdesk
  • Responsible for the daily administration, IT support, and maintenance of UK infrastructure
  • Liaise with the third-party first line team on complex ticket resolution
  • Perform routine backups, patch management, and hot fixes
  • Active in the provisioning of IT services throughout the organization, both on-premise and cloud offerings
Key Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in the first to third line of IT support
  • Technical experience of a Microsoft stack (Windows, Azure, Intune, 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Experience working with Cisco/Aruba hardware (Switches/Routers/Access Points)
  • Experience within retail, industrial, or commercial industries
  • CompTIA+ or CCNA/Security qualifications
