In this role, you will work closely with the regional management team to develop and implement business strategies, as well as oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, marketing, and financial management.

As a General Manager, you will also be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality food and drink, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Salary Estimate: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
