Job Overview
Principal People Recruitment is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Adviser to join our team, providing on-site support to clients across the North Home Counties. The role involves reviewing risk assessments, conducting site audits, and advising clients on health and safety best practices.

About the Role
The successful candidate will report to the Construction Director and work closely with a growing team of Health and Safety Advisors. This opportunity offers exposure to diverse projects and environments, enabling the development of extensive health and safety knowledge and experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and validate risk assessments and method statements for clients.
  • Conduct thorough site audits and inspections at client sites.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on health and safety matters.
  • Foster positive relationships with on-site teams and clients to drive a proactive health and safety culture.

Requirements
  1. Possession of NEBOSH Construction / General or equivalent qualification.
