The Unqualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Assistant will work closely with teaching professionals and support staff to provide individualized support to students with SEND and SEMH needs.

  • Assist students in 1:1 and small group settings, as well as in the classroom.
  • Report feedback to class teachers and contribute to student progress tracking.
  • Set and work towards targets aimed at individual pupil development.
  • Plan and run 1:1 and small group sessions, promoting social-emotional learning and behaviour management.
