About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Constructive Moves. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
  • Collaborate with the construction director to develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior site manager or construction manager in a house building background.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality assurance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
